Why Skadar over the coast
The Adriatic is beautiful and crowded. Skadar at sunset is beautiful and yours. The private-boat cost is a fraction of a boat rental on the Bay of Kotor.
The best time of day
Board 90 minutes before sunset. Reach a hidden bay in 30 minutes. Swim, drift, watch the light turn. Return in the last of the colour with the boat lit only by the horizon.

Ask the operator to bring a bottle of local Vranac wine and two glasses. Bring flowers if you like — the boat has room. Skip the drone.

Do not schedule the proposal for the exact moment of sunset — the light is unpredictable. Do it 20 minutes before. The colour comes later; the moment is now.
